Intrinsic Consultancy PLC is a women-owned and led firm dedicated to delivering practical, high-impact solutions across different industries in Ethiopia. Since 2017, we have built a strong track record in workforce development services, improve access to employment linkages, FDI advisory private sector development, project management, research & analysis, market development, enterprise establishment and support services centered on achieving job creation and upskilling for women & growth potential of MSMEs. We have worked across key sectors such as manufacturing, renewable energy, agro-processing, and financial services.

Our team brings years of experience and insight, combining local expertise with a broad global perspective to support sustainable growth. Intrinsic Consultancy has played a leading role in employment and workforce development, particularly in connecting the youth mainly women and vulnerable groups to job opportunities. Between Year 2020 and end of Year 2023, we have directly facilitated over 54,000 decent and fulfilling jobs, with 43,000 young women placed in Industrial Park employment and 11,000 job seekers trained and linked to work in the private sector. Through tailored programs in soft skills, business development, and employment readiness, we have enhanced several youths gain the confidence and practical knowledge needed to enter and thrive in the job market.
