Through our interventions under the BRIDGES Programme:

🔹 Intrinsic Consultancy successfully placed 3,000+ youth into diverse roles within Sidama and South Ethiopia’s private sector operating in agriculture produce, garments, food packaging, hotel industry to mention a few.

🔹 Our continuous monitoring and mentorship programs contributed to higher retention rates and improved working conditions for industrial park employees.
