Retailer Bonmarché falls into administration

UK-based women’s value clothing retailer Bonmarché has fallen into administration after failing to restructure its business fast enough to meet today’s new trading realities.

The Wakefield-based business sells fashions for the over-50s, and employs 2,887 people, including 200 staff at its head office. It trades through 318 stores across the UK, online and by telephone.

Ethiopia Secures Over $ 140 Million USD Export Revenue from Industrial Parks

Ethiopia earned 140.6 million US dollars in export revenue from industrial parks in the concluded Ethiopian fiscal year, ended July 7, 2019, according to Ethiopian Investment Commission.

Ethiopian Investment Commission Public Relations Director, Mekonnen Hailu said that the performance of the export from the industrial parks exceeded that of same period last fiscal year by 57 percent.
